Weyerhaeuser is one of North America’s largest private timberland owners and operates as a timber REIT. It grows and harvests trees, sells logs and manufactures wood products such as lumber, engineered wood and oriented strand board for construction markets. Land holdings also support higher-and-better-use real estate sales and recreational or conservation leases. Customers include homebuilders, lumber distributors and industrial wood users that depend on a vertically integrated forest-to-product supply chain.
