It brought forward the first FDA-approved PROTAC, vepdegestrant (VEPPANU), for certain ER+/HER2- ESR1-mutated advanced or metastatic breast cancers, and continues to advance degraders in oncology and neurology. The platform aims at proteins that are hard to drug with conventional small molecules.
