Arvinas, Inc. (ARVN)

Arvinas develops medicines based on PROTAC targeted protein degradation, which tags disease-causing proteins for destruction by the cell’s own disposal system. It brought forward the first FDA-approved PROTAC, vepdegestrant (VEPPANU), for certain ER+/HER2- ESR1-mutated advanced or metastatic breast cancers, and continues to advance degraders in oncology and neurology. The platform aims at proteins that are hard to drug with conventional small molecules.
